James Bargon, President and CEO

James Bargon, President and Chief Executive Officer of Communication Partners Group LLC (formerly known as Impact Group Holdings, Inc.), has widespread pharmaceutical and health-care communication experience. Prior to joining Impact in 1992, James was a Product Manager with Pfizer and an Account Supervisor with Klemtner Advertising (now part of Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising). Prior to becoming President, James held various positions of increasing responsibility, including Vice President of Marketing and Chief Operating Officer. He was awarded a BA from Boston College and an MBA from Columbia University.

Michael Cerrato, CFO

Michael Cerrato has been with Communications Partners Group LLC (formerly Impact Group Holdings, Inc.) since 1992 and serves as the organization’s Chief Financial Officer. Michael’s previous experience included working for Dragon Medical and Scientific Communications and 8 years in public accounting. Michael graduated from Rutgers University with a BA in accounting and economics and received a CPA license from the state of New Jersey.
